PAGE 25 学 位 论 文 高层建筑项目施工安全管理分析 ——以湛江市碧桂园城邦花园高层建筑施工为例 中文摘要 随着中国社会经济的快速发展，建筑业已经成为了我国经济发展的重要支柱产业，对社会发展的作用产生巨大影响。城市建设用地日趋紧张，尤其是当发展高层建筑工程项目成为解决住房困境和商业发展问题的一种重要出路。但近些年来，高层建筑工程项目在建设施工过程中频频出现工程安全事故，让高层施工安全成为建筑过程中的重要因素，同普通的中低层建筑相比，高层建筑工程项目在管理和施工过程中会有新的挑战。 本文认为建筑工程项目的安全管理对促进我国现代化经济建设和社会发展具有十分重要意义。因此，本文以湛江市碧桂园城邦花园公寓楼项目为例，运用建设项目管理和安全系统工程的理论，分析建筑工程项目在施工过程中可能发生的事故，运用事故树等方法针对施工安全事故进行进一步的分析，判断导致此类事故的原因，分析施工过程中可能遇到的危险及其导致的后果，并针对遇到的实际具体情况，结合考虑各种可能影响的因素，提出适当且可操作性的解决意见。 关键词：建筑工程项目； 安全管理； 风险管理； 危险源；  Abstract With the rapid development of Chinas social economy, the construction industry has become an important pillar industry of Chinas economic development, which has a great impact on social development. Urban construction land is increasingly scarce, especially when the development of high-rise construction projects become an important way to solve the housing dilemma and commercial development problems. However, in recent years, engineering safety accidents frequently occur in the construction of high-rise construction projects, making high-rise construction safety an important factor in the construction process. Compared with ordinary low-rise buildings, high-rise construction projects will face new challenges in the management and construction process. This paper holds that the safety management of construction projects is of great significance to the promotion of Chinas modernization economic construction and social development.
