摘要 摘要 随着国内智能手机用户的增多，用户在服务器上留下的日志数据也变得越 来越庞大。对这些用户日志数据进行分析，可以得到我们感兴趣的信息，如用 户画像等。传统的对于移动终端日志数据的研究和分析，多是利用某些维度的 属性进行数量统计，如应用下载排行，用户留存率等。本文提出了用主题模型 对用户数据进行分析的方法，本方法不同于传统的方法，不仅得到了数据背后 隐藏的用户兴趣信息，也对用户数据进行了降维，从而可以给后续的聚类、应 用推荐等工作带来方便。 关键词　主题模型，移动设备，日志数据分析，用户画像 I Abstract Abstract As the number of smartphone user increases, the log data left on the server is becoming more and more giant. With our analysis, intriguing information can be derived from these log data of smartphone users, such as user description. Traditional research and analysis on log data of mobile devices are to manage quantitative statistics by using some dimensional attributes, such as the download chart of application and user maintenance, etc. In this thesis, with the help of topic model, the author has come up with a new method of analyzing user log data. This method is different, to a large extend, from the traditional one, and it not only provides us with the information of user’s interests hidden behind those log data, but also reduces user data’s dimensionality, thus making it more convenient to further cluster analysis and application recommendation.
