PAGE 17 摘 要 众 筹是当下互联网四大金融模式之一。在2015年6月4日国务院推出大众创业，万众创新政策后，我国的中小微企业如雨后春笋一般大量出现。中小微企业的出现不仅为市场提供了大量的就业岗位，也推动着科技创新和经济的快速发展， 为我国经济注入了新的力量来源。但同时中小微企业自身素质不高，也存在着融资困难的窘境，随着科技与经济的快速发展，股权众筹的出现为中小微企业融资难带来了新的解决方案。国内可投资规模不断上升，增加了人们对投融资的需求，众筹融资是依托互联网技术出现的一种新的投资方式， 为金融市场增加了更多的产品选择。在现今的经济环境下， 高速发展的互联网金融不失为中小企业解决融资问题的一个优秀渠道。京东东家并非是第一家做股权众筹项目的众筹平台，但在其上线当年，京东东家就位列成功筹资金额首位。与其他股权众筹平台相比，京东东家受京东集团影响，该平台无论是关注度还是影响力都比其他平台要更高。而且信息披露相对完善，能获取完备的融资数据，也能建立起一定的风险控制制度供研究和探讨。所以本文将以京东股权众筹平台为例，分析其存在的风险和提出应对策略以供参考。 本文阐述了股权众筹的概念及我国股权众筹平台的发展现状，并以此为背景对京东众筹平台的股权融资模式进行分析。本论文分为五个部分，第一部分主要介绍我国众筹平台的起源与发展现状，阐述研究背景与意义，总结国内学者相关文 献中提到的京东众筹平台中存在的问题及对策。第二部分简述股权众筹的概念及我国股权众筹平台发展现状，对京东东家的股权融资模式进行分析。第三部分提出在投资人存在的问题、项目运营过程中信息不对称以及法律和监管漏洞等方面存在的问题。第四部分对前面提出的问题进行一一对应的解决建议。第五部分则是整理文中提及的问题并进行综合整理，提出全面的观点。关键词：股权众筹 京东东家 互联网金融 ABSTRACT Nowadays, crowdfunding is defined as one of the four financial models of the Internet.On June 4th, 2015, State Department put forward a policy measure of vigorously promoting mass entrepreneurship and innovation.?Under its impetus, numerous small and micro businesses have sprung up in China, which play an important role in?some fields like employment promotion, maintenance of social stability, and promoting the innovation of science and technology, pouring a new source of power into our countrys economy.Meanwhile, due to their own low self-quality and the imperfection of national policies and laws and regulations, small and micro businesses got into problems of financing difficulties.Nevertheless, with the development of science and technology, Internet Finance brought a new solution to corporate finance.
