PAGE 11 摘 要 近年来越来越多人的投资理念开始觉醒，钱存入银行所获得的利息已经满足不了大众对投资的需求。而相比于股市的不确定收益，广大群众开始把钱投入到P2P网贷。即便国内推行了许多政策加强行业监管规范，但仍然有很多P2P网贷平台纷纷暴雷，合理规范网络借贷平台的发展，想出解决造成P2P平台暴雷的对策，是值得研究和分析的一个方面。 本文集中概述了P2P的相关概念和内涵，通过国内地区P2P网贷发展形势，以及对2019年发生的团贷网事件的分析，提出P2P网贷发展中存在的问题，并对这些问题作出了相应的讨论。 本文运用了文献分析法进行专题分析。全文一共分为五个部分：首先第是一部分，从全国P2P的大环境下讨论了论文的选题背景和意义，然后第二部分是关于P2P网贷的概述和P2P网贷的发展现状，第三部分从企业角度，监管角度，民众角度和，行业环境角度对P2P网贷中存在的问题进行分析，第四部分从各个问题角度出发，提出关于P2P网贷的发展对策。第五部分是对发展问题及对策的一个总结，防患于未然是解决P2P问题的最好方法。 关键词： P2P网贷 暴雷 ABSTRACT In recent years, more and more people begin to wake up to the idea of investment. The interest of money in the bank can not meet peoples demand for investment. Compared with the uncertain returns of the stock market, the masses began to invest money in P2P network loans. Even though a lot of policies have been implemented in China to strengthen the regulation of the industry, there are still many P2P online lending platforms in succession. It is worth studying and analyzing to reasonably regulate the development of online lending platforms and come up with countermeasures to solve the problem. This paper focuses on the concept and connotation of P2P. Based on the analysis of the development situation of P2P network loan in China and the group loan network events that have been widely concerned in recent years, it puts forward the problems existing in the development of P2P network loan, and discusses these problems accordingly. In this paper, the literature analysis method is used for thematic analysis. The paper is divided into five parts: from the perspective of the national P2P environment, this paper discusses the background and significance of the topic, the overview of P2P network loans and the development status of P2P network loans, analyzes the problems in P2P network loans from the perspective of enterprise, supervision, public and industry environment, and puts forward the development countermeasures of P2P network loans from various aspects.
