PAGE 15 摘 要 A股市场的存在为我国企业在资本市场中提供了融资的方法和场所，使企业获得足够的营运资本实现壮大和创新发展的目标，提高企业的生产经营规模扩大能力和盈利能力，在不断发展壮大的过程中为社会带来回报。近年来，A股市场出现了两极分化的现象并且日益明显，这一主题的研究成果并没有很详尽加上日益变化缺乏更新，结合我国A股市场状况提出价值问题和研究分析。 本文集中阐述了A股市场两极分化现状，围绕出现的两极分化的现象做了相应的分析，剖析了其中的原因，就当前的发展现状提出了个人的看法，并给出了对当下的风险警示和投资建议。 本文系运用数据对比和科学分析进行的专题分析。全文共分为五个部分：第一部分是分析了A股市场两极分化的影响、以及选题意义其次，第二部分是对A股市场发展现状进行了浅析“马太效应”造成的影响，第三部分是从分析两极分化出现的原因，第四部分是给出风险警示和投资建议，最后，是对两极分化现象的总结。 关键词：A股市场 两极分化 马太效应 风险警示 ABSTRACT The existence of A-share market provides financing methods and places for Chinese enterprises in the capital market, enables enterprises to obtain sufficient working capital to achieve the goal of expansion and innovative development, improves the expansion capacity and profitability of enterprises production and operation scale, and brings returns to the society in the process of continuous development and expansion.
