PAGE 19 PAGE 19 摘 要 伴随着全球能源紧缺、环境污染问题日益突出，在节能环保和可持续发展的要求下，全球汽车产业正朝着绿色低碳方向发展。我国积极推进可持续发展，淘汰落后产能、企业，大力发展绿色健康产业。2001年，国家对于新能源汽车的发展提出了新的研究课题。未来汽车行业道路上，新能源必然是趋势，目前我国汽车行业在新能源领域存在许多融资难题。汽车行业尤其是新能源领域，其中一个显著特点是资金密集，当国家对于新能源汽车行业的补贴有所减少时，意味着竞争激烈的市场经济环境中，新能源汽车想要发展起来，必须做好改变融资结构的准备，新能源汽车行业筹集资金是迫切需要解决的问题。 本文围绕比亚迪公司新能源汽车融资现状，从亚迪公司近几年的财务状况找出存在的问题进行分析，针对不同问题提出应对措施。 本文以六个部分进行阐述：首先是引言阐述本课题的选题意义，参考其他学者对本课题的研究论述；其次对比亚迪公司及其股权状况的介绍；第三部分分别从内部融资和外部融资陈述比亚迪公司新能源汽车融资现状；第四部分深入剖析比亚迪公司新能源汽车融资存在的问题；第五部分探讨了解决比亚迪公司新能源汽车融资问题的策略；第六部分为总结，是对全文的概括。 关键词：比亚迪公司 新能源汽车 融资 ABSTRACT In 2001, the state raised new research topics for the development of new energy vehicles.
