博罗县中小企业发展存在的问题及解决对策研究.docxVIP

PAGE PAGE 13 摘要 党的十八大以来，博罗县各中小企业在博罗县县委县政府领导和社会各界的广泛支持下，博罗县中小企业呈现出“规模不断扩大、质量和效益不断提高、财税贡献持续增加、转型升级稳步推进”的良好态势。但融资难、用地难、结构调整压力大、抗风险能力差等限制博罗县中小企业发展的突出问题需要正视和不断改善。 本文从中小企业的界定出发，通过查阅相关数据资料了解博罗县中小企业发展的总体情况，从全国中小企业发展问题的共性寻找博罗县中小企业在当下发展的各种疑难杂症，对症下药，探索并制订出有利于博罗县中小企业持续健康发展的措施，为中小企业的生存和发展拓宽路径。 本文第一部分是引言，介绍全篇文章的背景和选题的意义。第二部分介绍中小企业，第三部分介绍博罗县经济发展概况以及介绍近年来博罗县中小企业经济发展取得的成果，第四部分介绍博罗县中小企业存在的问题，第五部分从具体行动和对策出发付诸实施的解决措施。第六部分是总结全文。 本文创新点体现在为具体政策、已经付诸实施的行动以及解决中小企业发展中的各种问题的相对详细的措施。 关键词：博罗县经济 中小企业 发展成就 突出问题 措施 Abstract Since the 18th national congress of the communist party of China (CPC), the small and medium-sized enterprises in Boluo county, under the leadership of the party committee and government of Boluo county and with the broad support of all sectors of society, have presented a good situation of continuous expansion of scale, continuous improvement of quality and efficiency, continuous increase in fiscal and tax contributions, steady progress in transformation and upgrading. However, the financing difficulties, land difficulties, structural adjustment pressure, poor ability to resist risks and other constraints on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Boluo county need to face up to and improve. In this paper, the definition of medium-sized businesses, through consulting relevant data to understand Boluo county overall situation of development of small and medium-sized enterprises, from the national small and medium-sized enterprise development problems common to find Boluo county in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the present various incurable diseases, suit the remedy to the case, to explore and work out measures conducive to the development of sustainable and healthy Boluo county small and medium enterprises, for the survival and development of small and medium-sized enterprises to broaden the path.
