PAGE 21 PAGE 1 摘 要 目前，在A股市场上投资于企业经营有方而带来的股价上涨或者为了取得红利的投资者并不多，而抱着投机心理的投资者占绝大部分，大部分进行股市操作的投资者是资本量小的散户，这些散户除了一部分知识分子外，绝大部分都是未接受过专业知识培训的投资者。投机有其积极性也有其消极的一面，投机适度的话将促进A股市场的发展，而投机过度的话将会对经济市场造成巨大的危害。 本文通过对A股市场的散户投资行为展开问卷调查，并根据调查结果来分析散户在投资交易时的心理效应，本次调查问卷成功收回调查问卷212份。本文首先阐述了对A股市场的散户投资行为进行分析的背景及意义，以及对相关参考文献进行综合的论述，接下来是分析A股市场过度投机的具体成因和其带来的消极影响。在这之后即是本文的重点内容，是对A股市场散户投资行为背后的心理效应的进行调查并深入剖析，找出A股市场散户过度投机的原因，并提出见解，以及讲述对A股市场散户投机的治理对策。最后就是纵观全文进行综合整理，得出全面的观点。 本文意在通过对A股市场的个人投资者当前的投资行为和心理进行调查，了解散户的投资现状以及对股市存在问题的建议和期望。 关键词：A股市场 投机 心理效应 ABSTRACT At present, there are not many investors who invest in the A-share market and bring about the rise of stock price or in order to obtain dividends, but most of them are investors with speculative psychology.
