PAGE 13 摘 要 粵港澳大湾区战略是一项旨在实现跨境区域合作，构建一流湾区的战略。深圳作为粤港澳大湾区的核心区，是湾区发展的核心动力，而深圳前海蛇口自贸片区，不仅占据了地理位置的优势，同时还拥有自贸区的优越的政策加成。在与粤港澳大湾区战略相互作用下，前海蛇口自贸区的发展形势必会有所改变。 因此，本文是以粤港澳大湾区战略作为前提背景展开的，从前海蛇口自贸片区的各方面具有的优势与其主要的产业形态出发，简要分析自贸片区在粤港澳大湾区建设中将会面临怎样的发展机遇与挑战。 粤港澳大湾区战略的发展机遇在于能为自贸区带来产业升级的动力，促进前海金融业的创新，吸引人才流入。但是，粤港澳大湾区建设中，自贸区也面临着挑战，比如与企业发展成本高，人才紧缺，大湾区融合存在障碍，现有的市场监督管理机制不够完善等。 本文主要创新体现在，针对问题与挑战提出了对策建议，希望能为自贸区的未来发展有所帮助。面对挑战，应当抓住粤港澳大湾区战略这个契机，自贸区要利用好自身具备的优势，坚持走创新的发展道路，不断加强与周边城市的融合，出台人才优惠政策吸引高端人才，完善市场监督体系，学习香港金融业经验，用高标准建设好深圳前海蛇口自贸片区，将粤港澳大湾区打造成国际顶级的大湾区。 关键词：粤港澳大湾区 前海蛇口自贸片区 深港合作 产业创新 ABSTRACT Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Areas is a strategy to realize cross-border cooperation and to build first-rate bay area. As the core area of the Bay Area, Shenzhen is the mainly motivation of development. When it comes to Shenzhen Qianhai Shekou Free Trade Zone, it not only has the position advantage but also occupied with great strategy of bay area. Strategic interaction with a large trade Bay Area of Guangdong and trade free zone, the free trade zone will make changes. Therefore, based on the strategy of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao greater bay area and its own advantages and industrial patterns, this paper in the construction of a large bay area of Guangdong are analyzed, what opportunities and challenges will the development of this region face. The development opportunity of the strategy lies in bringing the impetus of industrial upgrading, promoting the innovation of Qianhai financial industry and attracting the inflow of talents. However, in the construction of the greater bay area, the free trade area also faces challenges, such as high development cost, shortage of talents, obstacles in the integration of the greater bay area, and market manage mechanism.
