PAGE 16 摘 要 港口物流是指港口城市利用本身的地理优势，凭借发达的设备以及周围的软环境，进行进出口贸易等一系列活动。以广州港为例，可以为港口物流贸易这一领域的研究起到补充作用。 本文使用了文献研究法，实证研究法及SWOT方法。本论文分为七个部分，第一部分说明了选题的背景及意义；第二部分说明了港口物流与对外贸易的概念和联系；第三部分分析广州港港口物流贸易呈现出的现状；第四部分对广州港进行SWOT分析，与深圳港和香港港进行比较；第五部分对港口物流贸易存在的问题进行分析；第六部分对如何解决广州港港口物流贸易面临的问题提出了相关发展对策；第七部分进行总结。 本文集中阐述了港口物流和对外贸易的相关概念及关系，围绕广州港港口物流贸易的现状，分析广州港的优势、劣势、机会、威胁，并与深圳港和香港港做了比较，剖析了广州港港口物流贸易存在的问题，就问题提出了发展对策。 本文主要创新体现在对广州港进行SWOT分析，并能够与深圳港和香港港比较，数据真实可靠。提出的问题及对策有创新性。 关键词：港口物流 贸易 对策 广州港 ABSTRACT Port logistics refers to a series of activities, such as import and export trade, in which port cities take advantage of their own geographical advantages and rely on developed equipment and surrounding soft environment. Port of Guangzhou, for example, could complement research in the field of port logistics trade. This article uses the literature research method, the empirical research analysis method and the SWOT analysis method.? This paper is divided into seven parts, the first part describes the background and significance of the topic; the second part analyzes the concept and relationship between port logistics and foreign trade; the third part analyzes the current situation of Guangzhou port logistics trade, the fourth part carries on the SWOT analysis to the Guangzhou port, and has carried on the comparison with the Port of Shenzhen and Hong Kong; the fifth part analyses the port logistics trade exist problems; the sixth part puts forward the relevant development countermeasures to solve the problems of Guangzhou port logistics trade; the seventh part makes a summary. This paper focuses on the related concepts and relations between port logistics and foreign trade and analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of port of Guangzhou, comparing it with port of Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Then this paper analyzes the problems existing in the logistics trade of Guangzhou port, and puts forward some countermeasures for development. The main innovation of this paper is the SWOT
