PAGE 16 摘 要 自改革开放以来，肇庆经济实力从弱到强，经济总量迅猛攀升，对外贸易经济也规模倍增，取得了令人瞩目的成就。肇庆市近年来外贸进出口额高速增长，相关产业发展迅速。肇庆市对外贸易已扩展到140多个国家和地区。但是，就近期各项指标显示肇庆外贸发展中存在着问题。作为粤港澳大湾区的枢纽，肇庆市对外贸易能否在此发挥积极性作用，很大程度上将影响着肇庆市整体经济的发展。 本文系运用文献研究方法进行的专题分析。全文分四个部分：首先，阐述了肇庆市近几年对外贸的现状，发现在进出口总额上每年都在增加，进口与出口的产品主要为废金属及机电产品，进出口贸易主体结构上外商企业占主导地位，民营企业居于第二位；其次，根据现状也找到了其中存在的一些问题，就是肇庆市 10910 对外贸易规模相对较小、 6216 出口产品技术含量不高，出口市场不均、 24284 民营企业发展迅速，但面临低成本竞争优势削弱、产业链并不完整的问题；最后，就是分析问题提出较合适的对策建议，优化外贸环境、抓住机遇，扩大开放、丰富外贸产品，增加产品附加值，拓宽海外市场、促进民营企业转型升级，推动“肇庆制造”。 关键词：肇庆市 对外贸易 发展对策 ABSTRACT Since 1978，based on the policy the reform and opening up,the total amount of Zhaoqings economy has risen rapidly, from weak to strong. and the foreign trade economy has also expanded in scale, making remarkable achievements.At the same time, related industries have developed rapidly. Zhaoqings foreign trade partners has increased to more than 140 countries and areas.However, the recent indicators show that there are problems in Zhaoqings foreign trade development. As the hub of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area, whether Zhaoqings foreign trade can play a positive role here will greatly affect the overall economic development of Zhaoqing City. This paper is a thematic analysis based on the development of foreign trade in Zhaoqing using literature research methods. The paper is divided into four parts: firstly, it states the situation of Zhaoqings foreign trade in recent years, and indicates that the total volume of import and export is increasing every year. The main products imported and exported are scrap metal and electromechanical products.The main structure of import and export trade is dominated by foreign enterprises and private enterprises in the second place. Secondly,some of the existing problems are found,that is, Zhaoqings foreign trade scale is relatively small, and the technical content of export products is not high, the added value is relatively low, but the private enterprises are developing rapidly, it faces the problems of weake
