PAGE IV 茶叶烘干机设计 摘 要 该设计的内容为茶叶烘干机。近几年来随着我国经济的高速发展及人民生活的不断提高，中国茶饮业发展势头十分强劲，整体呈快速增长态势。该机具有机型小、成本低、安装维修方便、结构紧凑等特点。 烘干机主要设计工作为： 1．阐述了茶叶烘干机设计的目的和意义，概述了中国茶叶机械发展的基本现状。 2．总体方案设计：茶叶经过输送带进入可以滚动的烘筒中，通过中心风管吹出的热风进行加热，经过烘干滚筒的翻转使茶叶进行均匀的受热，最后达到所需的干燥度，由出茶口输出。 3．烘干装置设计 热风机将热风由中心风管输出对滚筒中的茶叶进行烘干。电机通过传动系统带动滚筒转动使茶叶在烘干中受热均匀，以提高茶叶的品质并加快茶叶烘干速度。 4．输送装置的设计 输送装置的设计采用带轮传动和链轮传动，由带轮带动的输送带实现定量连续的供料。 5．角度调整装置设计 通过丝杠调整滚筒的角度，由此来调整茶叶在滚筒中的烘干时间，调整完后由调整机构锁紧。 关键词：茶叶；烘干机；滚筒 Abstract The content of the design for the tea dryer.
