企业社会责任信息披露研究 摘要 随着我国市场经济的快速发展和可持续发展理念的深入人心，人们对企业社会责任的要求越来越高，人们纷纷要求企业披露社会责任信息，履行社会责任。我国正处于构建社会主义和谐社会的关键时期，人、社会、自然和谐发展，然而我国在发展过程中，屡屡出现各种环境污染、安全事故、诚信缺失等诸多问题，充分说明继续加强企业社会责任建设的必要性。与此同时，我国企业社会责任信息披露还存在诸多的不足，如果企业社会责任信息披露不规范，存在问题，势必影响企业的社会责任承担的效果，也会对和谐社会的建设产生负面影响。因此，企业社会责任信息披露尤为重要。 本文从企业社会责任信息披露的背景、意义入手，介绍相关的概念、含义，着重分析我国企业在进行社会责任信息披露中存在的问题，从而根据问题提出相应的解决对策，希望对企业社会责任信息披露水平的提高能起到一定的作用。 关键词：企业社会责任 ；信息披露；对策 Research on the Information Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility ABSTRACT Win support among the people with the rapid development of Chinas market economy and the concept of sustainable development, people on the requirements of corporate social responsibility is more and more high, people are requiring companies to disclose information of social responsibility, social responsibility. China is in the critical period of building a socialist harmonious society, the harmonious development of human, social, natural, however our country in the development process, often appear all sorts of environmental pollution, safety accidents, lack of good faith and many other issues, fully illustrating the necessity to strengthen the social responsibility of the enterprise construction. At the same time, Chinas corporate social responsibility information disclosure still exist many problems, if the enterprise social responsibility information disclosure is not standard, existing problems, is bound to affect the corporate social responsibility, will have a negative impact on the construction of harmonious society.
