A lot of work has been done to find out relevant measures and lessons from the western countries in financial supervision in financial crisis situation,including theoretical innovation and new laws and regulations and the promulgation of the and so on. To deal with financial crisis and financial supervision,our country should be positive to think over our financial supervision,setting up a solid financial supervision system to keep our country economy healthy and constant development.
