5000ta松香酯生产工艺设计正文 5000ta松香酯生产工艺设计正文 5000ta松香酯生产工艺设计正文 5000t/a 松香甘油酯生产工艺设计 （广西大学 南宁 530004 ） 摘 要 松香拥有防腐、防潮、绝缘、黏合、乳化、融化等优秀性能，所以应用范围宽泛。但因为松香自己还存在一些缺点，限制了松香的应用。针对松香的不足进行改性，是松香工业发展的动力。经过改性，不单填补了松香自己的缺点，并且开发了新的产品，扩大了松香的用途。 松香甘油酯由松香与甘油经酯化作用而成。 与松香对比，酸值明显降低，用以制成涂料后， 涂膜的脆性和回黏性减小， 耐候性也较好。 大批用于油漆、油墨、制口香糖、乳化香精、胶粘剂等方面。 依据目前的市场状况，需要一套针对中小型生产规模的生产工艺设计，以求对目前的松香家产状况有所帮助。本设计以松香甘油酯为产品，针对中小型松香生产规模，经过对 5000t/a 松香甘油酯生产线同时也能知足其余种类的松香酯产品的工艺设计进行商讨，侧重对松香酯加工中的生产方法、化工计算、主要设备和管件的设计和选型等问题进行议论，认识和掌握本工序的生产原理工艺特色及设计原则，确立合理的设计方案。 要点词： 松香 松香甘油酯 工艺设计 广西大学毕业设计 5000t/a 松香甘油酯生产工艺设计 Technical design for 5000t/a gum rosin glyceride production (Guangxi University, Nanning, 530004) ABSTRACT The rosin has the anticorrosion, moisture-proof, the insulation, to bind, the emulsification, the conditioning and so on fine performance, therefore the application scope is widespread. According to the present market conditions, needs a set in view of the middle and small scale of production technique of production design, has the help in order to the current rosin industry condition.
