模具设计课程设计家用抽纸盒 II 匕盖注射模具设 姓名 学号 专业班级 姓名 学号 专业班级 课程设计 家用抽纸盒上盖注射模具设计杨文化 20111401413 高分子材料1115班 2014年11月 湖南大学课程设计 湖南大学课程设计 湖南大学课程设计 湖南大学课程设计 家用抽纸盒上盖注射模具设计 摘要 本课题主要是针对抽纸盒上盖的模具设计，通过对塑件进行工艺的分和比较， 最终设计出一幅注塑模。该课题从产品结构工艺性、具体模具结构出发，对模具的 浇注系统、模具成型部分的结构、顶出系统、冷却系统、注塑机的选择及有关参数 的校核，都有详细的设计。整个设计过程表明该模具能够达到此塑件所要求的加工 工艺。在设计过程中，首先分析了抽纸盒上盖的性能形状和尺寸，利用 PRO/ENGINEER设计了塑件的实体，在选择完注塑材料和注射机型号，并校核完注 射机的相关参数后，进行模具部分的设计。即设计一副注塑模具来生产抽纸盒上盖 产品，以实现自动化提高产量。本课题针对抽纸盒上盖的具体结构，设计该模具为 側浇口的单分型面注射模具。最后利用CAD绘制了模具装配图以及各种成型零件图, 完成了零件的模具设计以及注塑模具的装配结构和零件的设计。 关键词：注塑模；抽纸盒上盖;：模具：AutoCAD； PRO/ENGINEER The design of tissue box cover injection mold Abstract The main topic of this is tissue box cover for the die designt through the technology of plastic parts for analysis and comparison, the final design of an injection mold. The topics have detail designed In technology and product mix. the specific structure of the mold, the mold for casting systems, die forming part of the structure, the roof system, cooling system, and the choice of injection molding machine and the check of parameters. The entire design process showed that the mold can achieve the required pieces of plastic processing technology. Firstly, I analyzed the size of the plastic parts and performance products. Then I drew up the plastic parts by using PRO/ENGINEER. After choosing the materials and the injection inadiine model, checking the parameters of the injection machine, I start to design the Injection mold. In word, we need design a tissue box cover injection mold In order to achieve automation to increase output. For the specific structure of the tissue box cover, the die is the point of the one type injection mold surface. Finally I drew up the mold assembly drawing as well as each kind of Molding Parts drawing using CAD. Then I finished the analyzing and designing work of the plastics injection mold.
