Step 1: Warm-up
Greetings.
T: Good morning, boys and girls.
Class: Good morning, Mr/ Miss…
T: Nice to see you.
Class: Nice to see you , too.
T: I know your holiday was very interesting. You went to some fantastic places. Now let’s play a guessing game.
Play a guessing game.
T: It is a place. We can see teachers and students there. We often have classes, play games and do many interesting activities there. What place is it?
Ss: School.
T: OK, very good. Today we will learn something about school. Please think about some questions about it. Which school do you study? …School. Who is in the school? I am a teacher in a school. You are primary school students. What’s in the school?
Step 2: Presentation
Some visitors want to visit our school. Li Yan and Gao Wei want to be guides. Let’s listen what they will say.
