Now all the telecommunications operators provide the similar business services which can be easily copied by their competitors. Their price tactics also will be easily imitated. Becanse of these,marketing channels has become the strategic resource to mainiain their advantages.This situation leads to the Pioneering and innovating of the marketing channels becomes the most important topic that worth to study. The dissertation is combined with four sections.The first part is introducing the basic theory about the marketing channles and the classification.The second part summaries the channel construction experiences of main operators at home and abroad and points out the shortages in the developing of the channels construction by the telecommunications operators.The third part firstly introduces the marketing environment of the telecommunications operators at present and the characteristics of the channels in the future and then explaining it in more detail in the development of flat structure, experiential marketing, e-commerce channels and the integration of the innovation and development for further research.The fourth part is the summary and outlook. The focus of this article is in the third part, especially the innovation suggestionsof the channels for communications carriers in order to improve the management level of communication operators channels. Innovation point of this article is in the construction of the actual channels on flattening the understanding and implementation, change of experiential marketing, e-commerce channels, as well as the creative thinking of the integration are put forward its own views.
