家族企业治理创新分析 摘要：根据权威调查研究，我国私营企业有 90%以上都是家族企业，家族企业在我国对促进 我国经济增长有着举足轻重的作用。但是面对的社会和市场环境的改变，家族企业的进展前景面 临着巨大的挑战，比如组织机构不健全、任人唯亲、滥用权力等问题的局限性日益突出，随着企 业的进展壮大，企业会出现新的问题，比如利益安排问题、不求上进问题，这不仅阻碍了家族企 业的进展，也不利于社会整体经济进步。本文针对家族企业治理模式的不足之处进行分析，在家 族企业组织机构、人才治理、产权治理、企业文化以及企业进展理念方面提出创新建议。得出家 族企业应该与时俱进，引入现代企业治理方式，增加家族企业创新活力，重视家族企业文化建 设，以文化推动企业进展，树立可持续进展的经营理念，为后代提供一个更加健康的环境的结 论。为我国家族企业不断进展壮大提供理论依据，促进我国国民经济的快速进展。 关键词：家族企业；治理；创新 Analysis of family business management innovation Abstract: According to the authoritative survey, more than 90% of the private enterprises in our country are family enterprises, family enterprises have a pivotal role in promoting Chinas economic growth.
