Emily Dickinson
nature
A sepal,petal,and a thorn
Upon a common summers morn-
A flask of Dew - A Bee or two-
A Breeze-a caper in the trees-
And Im a Rose!
Snow flakes
I counted till they danced so
Their slippers leaped the town,
And then I took a pencil
To note the rebels down.
And then they grew so jolly
I did resign the prig,
And ten of my once stately toes
Are marshalled for a jig!
Fate
The Sun is said to be
Holding a cloudy glass,
Full of crystal water from the sea,
And tilting it over leaves of grass.
The last drop has long gone
Into the soil without being late; 往泥土里透渗;
Then, sizzling, heat waves move on ——接着便是冒烟的热浪
People call that a Fate.
Over the fence
Over the fence -
Strawberries - grow-
Over the fence -
I could climb -
if I tried, I know -
Berries are nice!
But - if I stained my Apron -
God would certainly scold!
Oh dear, I guess if He were a Boy -
Hed - climb - if He could!
Because I Could Not Stop for Death
Because I could not stop for death
He was parking pick me
The carriage was just the two of us
And eternal life with seat
We slowly, he knew that without the need for rapid
I also put aside work
And leisure, to return
His manners
We passed the school, coincides with the recess
The children are noisy, on the playground
We passed the fields of gazing grain
We passed the setting sun
Maybe you should say, he passed us by
Dew and cold makes me quiver
Because my clothes, just sheer
And my cape, only tulle
We stopped at a house, the house
As a swelling of the gro
