无锡太湖学院 无锡太湖学院 毕业设计（论文）说明书 PAGE PAGE # 《证券公司营运能力分析一一以东北证券为例》 摘要：随着我国资本市场开放程度逐渐加快，金融国际化和利率市场化将是我国 金融市场未来发展的新趋势。证券公司作为资本市场上重要的参与者和组织者， 它的健康平稳运行，是资本市场得以平稳有效运行的保障?所以证券公司的经营 管理者既要注重内部的绩效管理，更要考虑如何提高证券公司的绩效水平。因此, 针对我国证券行业U前的发展状况，深入研究我国上市证券公司经营绩效水平， 这对国内证券公司的发展壮大以及证券市场的稳定有着重要的意义。本文从证券 公司的盈利能力、偿债能力、发展能力、营运能力以及资产质量等五个方面，对 我国上市证券公司经营绩效进行深入分析。 关键词：营运能力;证券公司效绩水平;东北证券 An Analysis of the Operating Capability of Securities Companies: Taking Northeast Securities as ail Example Abstract:With the giadual acceleration of Chinas capital market opening, financial iiiteniationalization and interest rate marketization will be the new trend of Chinas financial market development in the fiitiire. As an important participant and organizer ill the capital market, the healthy and stable operation of securities companies is the guarantee for the smooth and effective opeiation of the capital market. Therefore, the managers of securities companies should pay attention to internal perfonnance management, but also consider how to improve the peifonnaiice level of securities companies? Therefore, in view of the cuiTeiit de\-elopment of Chinas securities iiidustiy, in-depth study of the operating perfonnance level of Chinas listed securities companies is of great significance to the development and growth of domestic secunties companies and the stability of the securities market? This paper makes an iii-depth analysis of the operating peifonnance of listed securities companies in China fiom five aspects: profitability, solvency，development ability, opeiation ability and asset quality. Key words: Operating Capacity; Pei-fomiance Le\-el of Securities Companies; Northeast Securities 随着我国社会主义市场经济的高速发展，证券越来越成为国民经济的重要组 成部分。证券公司在国民经济中起到了重大作用，在促进就业和推动科技创新这 一块就发挥着极其重要的作用，但是，证券公司的发展却受到多方面的束缚，最 为严重的就是营运能力方面的束缚。证券公司营运难，民间资本没有得到合理的 利用，限制着证券公司的发展。随着经济全球化的发展，全民经济的到来，拓宽 了证券公司的营运的方式，但由于新的营运方式，必然会带来新的营运问题。 二、营运能力 （一）营运能力的含义 营运能力是指证券公司的经营运行能力，即证券公司运用各项资产以赚取利 润的能力。证券公司营运能力的财务分析比率有：存货周转率、应收账款周转率、 营业周期、流动资产周转率和总资产周转率等。
