TPS在服装业的应用研究 ———————————————————————————————— 作者： ———————————————————————————————— 日期： 摘 要 借助中国经济快速崛起的大好形势，中国制造业面临着巨大的开展机遇。与此同时，由于世界经济一体化带来的全球竞争、中国工业化历史短、中国来料加工企业管理根底薄弱等原因，中国的制造业也面临着诸多挑战。国外企业通过在国内设立独资工厂“以中国制造应对中国制造〞，国内行业竞争加剧导致局部地区出现恶性竞争现象。在价格一定的情况下，降低本钱成为提高企业利润的唯一选择。 服装加工业是我国制造业的重要组成局部，属于劳动密集型产业，符合我国人口大国的国情。改革开放以来，服装业得到了各级政府的重视，仰仗稳定的政治环境，利用大量廉价的劳动力，中国服装加工业得到了迅猛的开展。中国已经成为世界上最大的服装加工国和出口国。中国现有的服装来料加工企业多数采用的是批量生产方式，存在场地、资金占用大，半成品积压严重，质量问题居高不下等弊端，成为企业开展的障碍。提高管理水平，降低生产本钱，成为企业必须面对的问题。消灭浪费是丰田生产方式的核心，为企业实现降低生产本钱的目的提供了有力的武器。该文分析了丰田生产方式产生的历史背景、国内外应用现状，国内服装业存在的问题及实施的必要性，比拟了丰田生产方式与传统生产方式的不同之处，分析了服装业应用丰田生产方式的根本条件和既往应用过程中经历教训，以及服装业实施TPS的一般步骤，并以广州东湖港制衣为例说明TPS如何在服装业应用，指出了应用丰田生产方式的关键所在。 广州东湖港制衣是一家服装来料加工企业，和许多类似企业一样，存在半成品积压、返工率高、产品转换周期长等问题。面对行业竞争的加剧，顺应服装生产小批量、多品种的开展趋势，降低企业整体运营本钱和提高企业快速反响能力已经成为企业生存开展的关键。该文对广州东湖港制衣生产流程进展了细致深入的分析，找出了公司生产管理中存在的种种问题，从最大限度消除浪费、提高生产能力等角度提出了改进目标，围绕改进目标制定了改进的具体实施方案，通过节拍控制、工序分析、动作分析、小工具创造使用等方式，消除浪费、提高生产线制造柔性和快速反响能力，到达提高生产效率的目的，并指出了下一步改进方向和横向推广的可能性。 关键词:广州东湖港制衣 来料加工 丰田生产方式 消除浪费 ABSTRACT The Chinese industry of manufacture has huge development opportunity with thegreatly increase of Chinese economy.
