东光县政府办公楼框架结构设计 摘 要 本工程是东光县政府四层办公楼，为多层钢筋混凝土框架结构。共四层，顶层层高3.9米，其他 层层高均为3.5米。建筑物总高度为15米。占地面积共为785.23平方米。每层设男厕所，女厕所，盥洗 室各1间。建筑分类为丙类，设计使用年限50年。 设计分为两部分：第一部分是建筑部分，包括对建筑的平面 设计，建筑立面的设计,建筑剖面设计等。第二部分为结构设计，包括框架梁、板、柱的设计以及楼 梯设计等。 本设计书包括如下部分： 1．工程概况； 2 ．屋盖、楼盖设计； 3 ．荷载计算； 4 ．框架结构的受力分析、计算和设计； 5 ．楼梯设计； 本设计最终完成四张施工 。分别为楼板配筋 ，梁配筋 ，柱配筋 ，以及楼梯平、立、剖配 筋 。 关键词 ：钢筋混凝土；框架；结构设计；PKPM ；AutoCAD ABSTRACT This project is a four-county government office building, for the multi-storey reinforced concrete frame structure. It has four stories, he height of the four storey is 3.9 meters, and the height of other stories are all 3.5 meters. The height of the whole building is15 meters. Covers an area of 785.23 square meters. Each floor has one mens room, ladies room and a bathroom. Building classified as Group C, design life of 50 years. Design is divided into two parts: the first part of the building, including construction of graphic design, facade design, architecture and design section. The second part including beam, plate, column design and staircase design. This paper includes the following parts: 1. The survey of the program. 2. The design of the floor slab. 3. The calculation of the load. 4.The mechanical analysis，calculation and design of the frame. 5. The design of the staircase. The design of the final completion of four construction drawings. Were reinforced floor plan, beam reinforcement plan, column reinforcement plans, as well as stairs flat, vertical, cut reinforcement plan.
