PAGE PAGE 29 O2O模式上市公司财务竞争力比较研究 摘要：近年来，随着信息技术的发展，互联网打破了线上与线下的隔阂，线上与线下互动、融合的O2O模式无疑是未来商业发展的方向所在，并且受到了广泛关注。在这样的背景下，对O2O模式企业的财务竞争力的研究对现有企业的转型与发展具有重大意义。本文从新浪财经网选取沪深两市O2O模式上市公司最近三年的财务数据，合理构建O2O模式上市公司的财务竞争力指标体系，在财务竞争力的相关理论的支持下，利用因子分析的方法，探究各因子对企业财务竞争力的影响程度，并对各公司进行财务竞争力上的排名。从而得出结论：O2O模式上市公司的财务竞争力总体较高，但差距显著，营运能力总体较差，现金流量因子是影响财务竞争力的最重要因素。本文创新性低选择了O2O模式上市公司这一全新的研究领域，并且改变了以往的四指标评价体系，增加了现金流量因子。弥补了以往研究的不足，就此为O2O模式公司的生存与发展提出一些参考与建议，有利于该类型企业的可持续成长以及更多企业实现“互联网+”的转型。 关键词：O2O模式财务竞争力因子分析 Comparative Study On The Financial Competitiveness Of Listed Company in O2O Commercial Pattern Abstract:In recent years,with the development of information technology,internet has broken the barriers between online and offline. The interaction and integration of online and offline will undoubtedly be where the business pattern goes.That’s why the development of O2O commercial pattern has been a subject of widespread concern.Under these conditions,the research on the financial competitiveness of the O2O companies is of great significance to the transformation and development of the existing enterprises.This paper applies the method of factor analysis,and adopts last three years financial data of listed companies in O2O commercial pattern in Shanghai and Shenzhen share markets for empirical research from SINA Finance,and constructs a reasonable financial competitiveness evaluation index system with the support of the theory of financial competitiveness.Finally,we ascertain the degree to which each factor affects the financial competitiveness and rank the sample companies by composite scores.The paper draws a conclusion that O2O listed companies have strong financial competitiveness as a whole ,but with weak operating capacity.There exist great gaps among the listed companies,and Cash Flow Factor is the most important influence factor.The paper chooses a new research field——financial competitiveness of listed companies in O2O commercial pattern,and develops the evaluation index system based on the tra
