南京理工大学泰州科技学院 毕 业 论 文 作 者: （3号楷体） 学 号： （3号楷体） 学院(系): （3号楷体） 专 业: （3号楷体） 题 目: （3号楷体） （3号楷体） 指导者： （3号楷体） (姓 名) (专业技术职务) 评阅者： （3号楷体） 　　 (姓 名) (专业技术职务) 2021 年 4 月 毕 业 论 文 中 文 摘 要 随着近年来改革开放的不断深化和我国综合国力的不断提升，企业若想勇立潮头，需不断研发创新，投入资本，优化结构，以提升企业价值。且2020年受新冠疫情影响，我国经济乃至世界经济都受到严重波动，这其中不乏为抗击疫情走在前列的医药行业。因此，本文以医药行业经验数据为研究样本，择优选取2019年31家医药行业上市企业，分析其研发支出、资本结构与企业价值的关系。首先阐述相关研究背景与目的、国内外研究现状以及医药行业发展现状，为下文研究做理论铺垫。其次将研发支出、资本结构与企业价值进行量化，并运用Eviews模型进行多元线性回归分析。最终得出实证结论：一是研发支出与企业价值呈弱相关，二是资本结构与企业价值呈负相关，并在此基础上总结出为提升企业价值，政府应做好研发扶持，完善融资市场，同时企业应加大研发投入，合理优化资本结构等。 关键词 研发支出 资本结构 企业价值 毕 业 论 文 外 文 摘 要 With the deepening of reform and opening up in recent years and the continuous improvement of Chinas comprehensive national strength, if enterprises want to set the tide bravely, they need to constantly develop and innovate, invest capital and optimize the structure in order to enhance the value of enterprises. And affected by the new crown epidemic in 2020, Chinas economy and even the world economy have been seriously fluctuated, among which there are many pharmaceutical industries in the forefront of the fight against the epidemic. Therefore, this paper takes the experience data of pharmaceutical industry as the research sample, selects 31 listed enterprises in 2019, and analyzes the relationship between R D expenditure, capital structure and enterprise value. First of all, the related research background and purpose, domestic and foreign research status and the development of the pharmaceutical industry, for the following research to do theoretical groundwork. Secondly, the R D expenditure, capital structure and enterprise value are quantified, and the Eviews model is used for multivariate linear regression analysis. Finally, the empirical conclusion is drawn: first, R D expenditure is weakly correlated with enterprise value, second, capital structure is negatively correlated with enterprise value. At the same ti
