PAGE 1 我国个体参与养老服务供给模式研究--以“以房养老”模式为例 中文摘要 二十一世纪，我国人口逐步走向老龄化的阶段，养老问题成为了当今社会关注的焦点问题。不论是家庭养老还是社会养老，社会中的每一个人所面临的压力都是巨大的。在养老的模式上，经过多年的探索和借鉴欧美国家的经验教训的基础上，证明“以房养老”无疑是相对来说比较好的解决养老资金问题的方式。 本文首先对论文的研究背景做了简单的介绍，并论述论文的写作意义。其次，论文的第二章节部分介绍了与论文相关的有关理论核心概念并强调分析个体参与与养老服务供给之间的关系。接下来，剖析我国养老服务的模式与现阶段存在的问题，主要侧重点是养老服务供给方面的研究。 通过总结现阶段的问题，分析以房养老的发展演变，以及“以房养老”的三种类型，从而更有利于分析我国现阶段的以房养老所面临的瓶颈，结合我国实际情况，探索出更为适合我国现状的以房养老模式。 关键词： 以房养老 老龄化 服务模式 养老服务供给 Abstract Twenty-first century, Chinas population gradually to the stage of aging, pension problem has become the focus of attention of todays society. Whether the family pension or social pension, the pressure of every individual in society is enormous. In the old-age model, after years of exploration and lessons from European and American countries on the basis of lessons learned that housing pension is undoubtedly relatively good solution to the problem of pension funds. This paper first introduces the research background of the paper and discusses the writing significance of the thesis. Secondly, the second part of the paper introduces the relevant core concepts related to the paper and emphasizes the analysis of the relationship between individual participation and the supply of old-age services. Next, the analysis of Chinas pension service model and the existing problems at present, the main focus is on the supply of pension services research. By summing up the problems at the present stage, it analyzes the three types of housing for the elderly, so as to analyze the bottlenecks faced by our country at the present stage, and explore the actual situation of our country. More suitable for Chinas current situation to the housing pension model.
