With the help of computer 3d software and 2d software, I made 3d modeling of the designed and manufactured plastic mold device, and completed the drawing drawing of each part and the general assembly drawing at the same time, which greatly improved my drawing ability to a certain extent. First of all, I learned the relevant molding principles involved in plastic products, and then made reasonable selection of the raw materials used in the production of plastic products, studied and analyzed the relevant injection molding processing technology, designed and formulated relatively reasonable technological processes and processing procedures. Combined with relevant requirements of shape, size and quality accuracy of molding and processing products, design the overall scheme of molding and processing, and select, design and manufacture relevant systems of mold devices and components.
