肖申克的救赎英语读后感 肖申克的救赎英语读后感 Every one is the god of his own. If you have succumbed to yourself, the n who can be your savior all through the world? ---Form The Shawsha nk Redempti on The story beg ins with the trial of a young ban ker called Andy, who victimized by circumstantial evidenee and be put into the Shawsha nk pris on. Ellis and many other pris oners had bee n in the pris on for so many years that they had accustomed to this ki nd of life. Eve n they did n ot want to go out. Itrsquo;s not only because they canrsquo;t, but also that they lived here for years without hope. You see, they lived just in the small pris on livi ng a bori ng life, itrsq uo;s a gray world where n obody knows what their dream was, what their hope was. However, as the old man said: Some birds arent mea nt to be caged, but most birds will choose to sta nd it. Though they tried too many times, they n ever fini shed it, so they gave up. Non etheless, Andy tried. He has the smart bra in, the n ever fadi ng persiste nt, as well as the most importa nt thing----hope. With a small hammer to dig through the tunnel to drain age pipe, and the n climb over the drain age pipe outside to the river, Andy succeed in escap ing the con stra int . The sce ne impressed me most is whe n Andy got out of jail, he exte nded his arms in front of him in the heavy rai n as if he were welcoming the fresh air and the freedom. At that mome nt, I saw the con fide nee win the dark ness, bright light dazzles the eyes in the dark blue sky. Un der the light, I could feel my recreant heart being shivering as his voice said: “ Remember, hope is a good thing, maybe the best of thi ngs and no good thi ng ever dies! ” Itrsquo;s obvious that hope is a good thing. Whatever difficulty it is, we canrsq uo;t lose the hope. Hope is en duri ng. Why we study? Because of the hope. We donrsq uo;t hope us to be the man who nobody knows, so we go ahead for the dream. That it is , hope is worthy to be kept on the way to realize our dreams.
