PAGE PAGE 37 基于供应链理论的工程项目成本管理研究 学生姓名： 李晓婕 摘要 工程项目建设一直是国民经济的支柱产业，每年国家以及社会各种渠道注入的资金高达数千亿元，而成本管理又是工程项目管理的重中之重。传统的工程项目成本管理已经不能适应现代的项目发展，因此在这样的背景下，本文提出了将供应链管理理论应用到工程项目成本管理中，实现整个项目的系统性成本管理。本文是针对工程项目成本管理问题，基于供应链角度，结合我国企业的成本管理情况，通过研究进一步发现其中存在的问题，探寻问题的解决办法。通过比较供应链成本管理与传统的成本管理的区别，研究供应链成本管理的理论及方法，阐明将供应链理论应用到工程项目成本管理中的重要性，以及该模式的构建并提出建议。另外该论文的研究，有助于供应链管理理论和工程项目成本管理理论的发展；有助于建筑行业供应链的构建及管理；提升工程项目成本管理的效率；提高企业利润，为工程项目成本管理起到借鉴作用。 关键词：供应链；供应链管理；工程项目；成本管理 Research of Project Cost Management Based on the Theory of the Supply Chain ABSTRACT Project construction has been a pillar industry of national economy, as well as the annual national social funds into various channels of up to several hundred billion dollars, and cost management is project management a top priority. Traditional project cost management can not adapt to the modern development of the project, so in this context, this paper presents a supply chain management theory applied to project cost management, the realization of systematic cost management of the project. This article is for project cost management, supply chain based point of view, combined with our cost management case, the study further found that the problems, seek solutions to problems. By the differences between the traditional supply chain cost management and cost management theory and methods of supply chain cost management, clarifying supply chain theory to project cost management of the importance of, and build the model and make recommendations. Further study of this paper contributes to the development costs of supply chain management theory and project management theory; help build and manage the construction industry supply chain; upgrade project cost management efficiency; improving corporate profits for the project cost learn to play the role of management.
