PAGE PAGE 23 基于知识整合平台的企业转型升级中的技术能力提升研究 ——以台州喷雾器生产企业A为例 摘要 我国已经进入了经济转型的时代，越来越多的企业意识到，传统企业的模式已经无法适应不断变化的经济形势。为了谋求发展企业必须转型升级才能使经济效益、社会效益、环境与可持续发展效益等达到高水平协调发展。虽然经济形势已经开始转变但是中国大多数企业还处于靠制造维持发展的阶段，在全球经济大体系中处于比较被动的地位。许多企业虽然发展的很好，但是因为没有核心技术支撑，产业结构单一，缺乏自主创新能力，盈利模式单一，资源利用率低、能耗比较高，极易受到原材料成本和市场的影响。尤其是金融危机后，国际原料市场急剧变化许多企业不得不走上企业转型的道路，通过产品技术创新、管理创新、战略创新、产业结构创新等方式，对已有资源进行整合，改变生产经营模式，扩宽产业链，向价值链两端升级，实现企业从制造向创造的转型升级。在这一过程中，技术能力己成为影响企业产业转型升级成功与否的关键因素。本文以台州一喷雾器制造企业A为实例，旨在探寻企业转型升级过程中如何挖掘和利用原有产业中积累的知识经验，以及如何引用新的技术手段，整合现有技术能力，实现技术能力的提升，为企业转型升级提供理论参考。 关键字：传统企业；转型升级；技术能力 Enterprise Transformation and Upgrading of the Technical Ability to Improve Research Based on Technological Capabilities Integration with a Factory in Taizhou for Example Abstract The pattern of traditional enterprise has been unable to adapt to the changing economic situation.
