PAGE PAGE 67 江达生态科技有限公司综合楼设计 设计总说明 本设计为江达生态科技有限公司综合楼，毕业指导老师根据自己的多年工程实践和设计经验，并对相关课题进行实习调研，收集相关信息及设计资料，最终选定民用建筑的公共建筑类型，确定本次毕业设计课题. 本工程为地上为5层建筑.建筑高度19.2m，总建筑面积3023m2.从建筑功能上分为办公用房和公共服务用房。包括财务处、团委等办公室，大小会议室以及展示厅等.上部结构体系为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，设计使用年限为50年. 参照任务书的要求和办公楼设计规范，本设计中建筑部分主要完成了该设计的建筑施工图。其中主要包括建筑总平面图、各层建筑平面图、主要立面剖面图、楼梯详图和部分节点详图.结构部分主要包括编写结构计算书和绘制结构施工图，主要包括： 1. 确定结构方案：综合考虑设计资料及建筑设计要求等方面，参照梁板柱构件的经济跨度，最终确定本设计的结构方案和结构构件选型. 2. 荷载计算：确定结构方案和构件布置后，依据《荷载规范》和任务书中的要求对框架结构进行荷载计算[2][4][5] . 关键词：钢筋混凝土框架结构、D值法；内力组合；截面设计 ABSTRACT The design for the JiangDa complex ecological science and technology co., LTD ,which is built for public service , is determined by the practical engineering application of the multistory frame structure of the graduation design instructor and her rich design experience.The graduation design instructor determine the graduation project topic by collecting detailed data and information. This building is 5 story building on the ground. The height of the building is 19.2m, the total construction area is 3023m2. TFrom the building function is divided into office space and public service.the public service room mainly includes the service desk, duty room, hall and so on; the office space includes the office, the size conference room, the display hall.The upper structure system is the cast in place reinforced concrete frame structure, the design service life is 50 years. The design focuses on architectural design and structural design. The architectural part is according to the requirements of the task book and referring to the office building design specifications. The design is to complete architectural drawing which mainly includes building general plan, the building plan, main facade profiles, stair detail and some details drawings. The structure mainly includes the structure calculation and structure construction drawings, including: 1.Structural scheme determination.
