PAGE PAGE 22 集约评价视角下的城市土地利用投入与产出研究 ——以杭州市为例 摘要：土地是人类社会维持和发展不可分割的生产资料。从城市诞生之日起，对城市土地利用的研究就不曾中断过。本文以杭州为例，从土地集约评价的角度对城市利用的投入与产出情况进行探讨。文章结合杭州的土地利用状况按照一定的指标选取原则，建立了杭州市土地集约利用评价指标体系。之后通过杭州市统计年鉴获取指标数据，再运用熵值法计算出各个指标的权重，并最终得出土地利用投入与产出的评价值。文章还对上海市和苏州市进行了评价，与杭州市形成比较，使研究更具说服力。对评价结果分析后，得出了以下结论：杭州市在土地利用方面不断加大投入力度，也取得了不错的产出效益；杭州市的土地利用效率偏低，只能用高投入来维持产出；杭州市土地利用投入中占比最大的是固定资产总额，说明资产投入是土地投入的主要部分。 关键词：土地；投入与产出；熵值法；集约评价；杭州市 Research of Urban Land Use Inputs and Outputs Based on Intensive Evaluation ——A Case of Hangzhou Abstract: The land is integral for human to develop. When the city appeared, the research of land use in city has not been interrupted. It takes Hangzhou as an example and discusses about the input and output of city land use from the angle of city land intensive evaluation in this paper. Combining Hangzhou land use in accordance with the principle of selecting certain indicators, the establishment of the Hangzhou intensive land use evaluation index system. After obtaining the index data by Hangzhou Statistical Yearbook, then use the entropy method to calculate the weight of each index weight, and eventually come to the land use evaluation values of inputs and outputs. And it also evaluates it to Shanghai and Suzhou, for contrast with Hangzhou, to make the research much more convincing. After analyzing the result of evaluation, we draw the following conclusions: Investment about land use in Hangzhou is increasing, and they achieved good benefit. But the efficiency of land use is low in Hangzhou, we can only maintain the output with high investment. The largest proportion of land investment is total fixed assets, and it means that the assets investment plays an important in land investment.
