PAGE PAGE 17 跨国企业进入与我国流通产业组织结构优化分析 摘要：近三十年来，随着改革开放的深入，流通产业作为最先进行改革的产业之一，其无论是在体制上还是运行机制和规模等方面均发生了根本性的变化，但是在政府慢慢放松对外资进入的管制背景下，中国流通企业由于缺乏科学的引导与合理的规划控制，其本身存在的盲目性和分散性对产业未来的发展带来局限。文章在介绍了流通与流通产业定义以及我国流通产业现状的基础上，提出了在越来越多的外资与跨国企业进入的经济大环境下，中国流通产业组织要怎样克服自身局限性走上组织合理化道路的问题。本文主要通过对比主要发达国家以及发展中国家流通产业现状，结合我国流通产业长期存在的产业集中度低，没有规模效益以及产业进入壁垒低导致的地区垄断与过度竞争并存的现状，从SCP范式分析方法分析中国流通产业现状，找寻中国流通产业组织结构合理化出路。最后，本文提出我国流通产业应在保持有效竞争与规模经济平衡的前提下，打破行业垄断、部门分割和地区封锁，避免过度竞争现象，从而提高企业的市场集中度，以及我国流通产业的国际竞争力。 关键词：产业结构；流通产业组织；市场集中 The Analysis And The Optimization of Circulation Industry Structure of Our Country Abstract: During the recent thirty years, with the deepening of reform and opening up, there is so much fundamental changes in systems、firm scale and operating mechanism of the circulation industry, which is one of the first industries to reform. While with the deregulation of foreign capital, the development of our circulation industry, which is lack of scientific guidance and reasonable planning and control, has been facing many challenges because of its blindness and dispersivity. Based on the definition of circulation and the circulation industry and the situation of our circulation industry, the article raised a question that how to let our circulation industry overcome its limitation and become the rationalization of industry organization with the background of more and more foreign capital and multinational corporation entry. By contrasting the situation of the circulation industry of main developed countries and main developing countries and combining the situation of the low industry concentration、non-scale benefit and low entry barrier leading to regional monopoly and excessive competition, this article is trying to seek how to make our circulation industry the rationalization of industry organization using the analytical method of SCP.
