Comparative Investigation on the Drug Effect of βasarone, αasarone and Volatile Oil of Acorus tatarinowii Schott. on bronchial Asthma
Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate and compare the drug effect of βasarone, αasarone and volatile oil of Acorus tatarinowii Schott. on bronchial asthma. MethodsAsthma model in guinea pigs was made by inhalation with ovalbumin. Medication of spray administration was used after 7 days and treatment coue was also 7 days. Then asthma was induced and we recorded the falling down latent period of induced asthma. We used the trachea pitches in vitro of guinea pigs to test the drug effect on smooth muscle of trachea. ResultsIt showed that either βasarone, αasarone or volatile oil of Acorus tatarinowii Schott. could prolong the falling down latent period of induced asthma and could loosen smooth muscle of trachea by antagonizing histamine and acetylcholine. ConclusionEither βasarone, αasarone or volatile oil of Acorus tatarinowii Schott. can antagonize the outbreak of asthma in guinea pigs model. All three can loosen smooth muscle of trachea by antagonizing histamine and acetylcholine. It shows that all three have asthma-reducing effect to some extent.

支气管哮喘(bronchial asthma)发作时，患者支气管平滑肌收缩，粘液分泌亢进等，反复发作导致支气管壁增厚、气道广泛狭窄。药物的解痉作用能直接缓解哮喘症状。石菖蒲具有宣窍豁痰、芳香化湿的作用。挥发油是石菖蒲的有效部位，主要有效单体是β细辛醚、α细辛醚等［1］。已有 文献 报道，α细辛醚具有一定的 治疗 哮喘的作用［2］。本文对比研究β、α细辛醚及石菖蒲挥发油对支气管哮喘的功效。
1 器材与方法
动物 Hartly豚鼠，购自广东省医学实验动物中心，合格证号：2004A023。
仪器与试剂 BL310生物机能实验仪（成都泰盟 电子 有限公司）；AE200电子分析天平（Mettler）；磷酸组织胺，上海生物化学研究所，批号：；氯化乙酰胆碱，上海三爱思试剂有限公司，批号：；卵蛋白（OA）， 中国 医药（集团）上海化学试剂公司，批号：9706；氢氧化铝，广州化学试剂厂，批号：
