Key words： gastrodin;lead apoptosis;learning and memory 铅是 自然 界广泛存在的一种古老的重金属毒物。1991年美国疾病预防控制中心(CDC)规定儿童血铅上限值为048μmol/L。天麻(Rhizoma Gastrodiae,RG)有多种药理作用,如镇静催眠、抗惊厥、保护神经纤维、增强机体抗缺血缺氧及抗氧化能力等作用〔1〕。为了解天麻素对铅所致脑细胞凋亡的影响,本文通过Y型迷宫试验,脑细胞凋亡,研究天麻素对铅所致脑及学习记忆功能损害的改善作用。 1 材料与方法 11 材料 111 试验动物 初成年雄性Wistar大鼠(1505±694)g(山东大学实验动物中心) 112 试验药品 醋酸铅(天津市大茂化学试剂厂);天麻素(Gastrodin)(昆明制药股份有限公司)；碘化丙啶(PI)(美国Sigma分司) 113 试验仪器 (1)Y型迷宫每大小为15cm×15cm×30cm,底部间隔05cm铺直径2mm的铜栅;任选一臂为安全区,在其上方安装指示灯;另两臂轮流做起步区,通以60V直流电。(2)FACASGalibur型流式细胞仪(flow cytometry,FCM)(美国Bicton-DiGkingson公司)。(3)GFA-4B型石墨炉(日本岛津公司)
