Methods: Under (20±3) ℃ and (38±1) ℃, the solutio of kalii dehydrographolidi succinas injection mixed with other eleven drugs were observed within 6 h, in their aspect, pH value, particulate counter for injection, UV absorbency and displace of peak. Results: The aspect, pH value, particulate counter and UV absorbency of the compound medicines of kalii dehydrographolidi succinas injection matched with vitamin B6, vitamin C and clindamycin hydrochloride had change, but while matched with hydrocortisone sodium succinate, dexamethasone, ribavirin, medronidazole, penicillin sodium, cefoperazone sodium, cefuroxime sodium, cefotaxime sodium there were no significant change. Conclusio: Kalii dehydrographolidi succinas injection could not be combined with vitamin B6, vitamin C and clindamycin hydrochloride, but could be combined with other eight drugs. ［Key words］ Kalii dehydrographolidi succinas; Compatibility; Stability 穿琥宁注射液是中药穿心莲叶中提取的穿心莲内酯经酯化脱水、成盐而制成，其化学成份为脱水穿心莲内酯琥珀酸半酯单钾盐混合物，具有解热、消炎和促进肾上腺皮质功能的作用。在临床使用中，除按说明用5%葡萄糖注射液或葡萄糖氯化钠注射液稀释后静脉给药外，还常与各种其它输液、抗生素等配伍使用［1］，效果较好。为探讨穿琥宁注射液在常用输液配伍中与其他注射剂合用的稳定性，本文对穿琥宁注射液在5%葡萄糖注射液或%氯化钠注射液中，分别与我院常用的维生素B6、维生素C、琥珀酸氢化可的松、地塞米松、利巴韦林、甲硝唑、青霉素钠、头孢哌酮钠、头孢呋辛钠、头孢噻肟钠、盐酸克林霉素11种注射剂配伍，考察外观、微粒、pH值及紫外吸收度变化，为临床合理用药提供依据。 1 仪器与试药 仪器751G紫外分光光度计（上海分析仪器厂），分析天平（上海天平仪器厂），电热恒温水浴箱（上海医疗器械七厂），PHS25型酸度计（上海雷磁仪器厂），ZWF4注射液微粒分析仪（天津市天河医疗仪器研制中心），净化工作台（苏州净化设备厂） 试药穿琥宁注射液（成都天台山制药有限公司， g/支，批号：040214）；5
