Method 96 healthy adult coloured rabbits were randomly divided into four groups: blank group(group A), model comparative group (group B), western medicine treating group(group C) and Fuming tablet treating group (group D). The cell suspeio were prepared with retinal tissues gained at 7th, 14th and 21th day after modeling, and the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) in retinal neuroseory layer was examined by flow cytometry(FCM). Result The expression of PCNA increased in the four groups after detachment, while it began to decrease after 7th day, and the expression in group D was significant than that in other groups(P).
