Results: the expression of MMP2 was associated with lymph node metastasis, histological grading and recurrence (P)，were not associated with UICC staging(P); the expression of MMP9 was associated with lymph node metastasis and recurrence (P)，was not associated with histological grading 、UICC staging(P);the expression of CathepsinD was associated with all paramete (P);the expression of Ecadherin was associated with lymph node metastasis and UICC grading (P)，was not associated with recurrence 、histological staging(P); the expression of HPV was associated with histological staging (P)，was not associated with lymph node metastasis ， UICC grading， recurrence (P); in the multivariate Cox analysis, survival rate was correlated with histological staging MMP2 CathepsinD (P). Conclution: MMP2、MMP9、CathepsinD、Ecadherin all take part in invasion of early cervical carcinoma; Histological staging MMP2, CathepsinD can be regarded as independent prognostic facto in early cervical carcinoma. 【KEY WORDS】 Cervical carcinoma;Invasion;Immunohistochemistry;CathepsinD;Prognosis 宫颈癌是目前危害女性健康的常见肿瘤，其局部浸润和淋巴结转移不仅影响手术效果，而且直接关系患者预后。宫颈癌的浸润转移机制尚不清楚，与预后关系研究较少；HPV感染与宫颈上皮的癌变存在密切联系。本实验利用免疫组织化学和原位杂交检测早期宫颈癌中MMP2、MMP9、CathepsinD、Ecadherin、HPV的表达，希望能为宫颈癌浸润机制的深入研
