Methods: To make a retrospective analysis for the accumulative liquid of subcutanea and skin flap necrosis swell of the illed lateral upper arm in 122cases from January 2002 to March 2005. Results: In these patients，there were 12cases with accumulative liquid of subcutaneous, 6cases with skin flap necrosis and 6cases with swell of the illed lateral upper arm. There was a little accumalated amount of liquid and generally did not need to be it was sucked repeatedly when the accumulated liquid was more than 5ml， and then it was pressed and tied up. If the liquid was over 50ml,the needle suture could be tore down and cut to reset the drainpipe，the longest time flap necrosis should be less than 3cm and the process was traition medicine dressing. If it exceeded 3cm, scrab should be cut and the skin should be reset. For swelling of upper lateral arm, light degree swelling didnt need treatment, but for severe degree of swelling the patients needed functional physical exercise and heat traparent treatment, and they could be : Reasonable designing the operation incision，careful operation, wrapping up with pressure and functional exercise are very important for treating subcutaneous liquid,skin flap necrosis and swelling of upper lateral can make the patient with breast cancer to have further treatment. 【KEY WORDS】 breast cancer;Complication;Prevent treat 随着乳腺癌根治手术的多样化，皮下积液、皮瓣坏死、上肢淋巴水肿成为乳癌根治术后常见并发症，发生后影响对患者的进一步治疗及预后，因此，如何防治术后并发症的发生十分重要。我科20021～20053月共实施乳癌根治术122例，并发皮下积液、皮瓣坏死、上肢淋巴水肿共24例，现介绍如下。 1 资料与方法 11 一般资料 我科20021～20053月共实施乳癌根治术122例，手术类型:Halsted手术50例，Auchincloss手术 34例，Patey Dyson手术38例，均为女性，全部经病理证实，年龄24～69（43±10）岁。右侧62例，左侧60例;肿块位于外上象限90例，内上象限24例，中央
