医院志愿服务引入社会工作理念的可行性与策略研究
摘要:医院作为一个承担医疗职能的专业组织,其环境中存在许多高压的问题和矛盾。医院志愿者居于医患之间,在提供服务的过程中可以借鉴社会工作的理念,其原因在于社会工作关注人和环境的适应性平衡,恰好对应病人和医院,如何让病人及其家属顺利排除医疗过程中障碍,不但早日痊愈,达到身心平衡,并且也使得因疾病而产生的各种社会问题得以解决。在医院志愿服务中,关注每一个病人生理-心理-社会的全人健康,在丰富服务内容中具有指导性意义;赋权视角来看每个志愿者都有其特有能力和创造性,激励和赋权是管理志愿者的重要方法之一;认识到病人-家属-医护人员在互动过程出现问题是在所难免的,也是可以预见;志愿者可以通过一些服务项目来舒缓病人自身、病人和家属、病人和医护人员之间的矛盾。构建这种“两工联动”机制将利于医院服务品质的提升。本文以医院志愿服务状况为本体对象,回顾性综述国内外医院志愿服务研究的内容和方向,采用定性分析方法,通过对专业实习个案分析,比较医院志愿服务和医务社会工作的异同,从而探讨社会工作理念嵌入医院志愿服务的可行性以及服务策略。

A Research of the Feasibility and Strategies of Importing Social Work Ideas into Hospital Volunteer Service
Abstract: Hospital is filled with lots of problems and discrepancy as an professional intitution which undertakes medical function.Hospital volunteer sites between hospital and patients,which can draw lessons from the idea of social work in the process of providing services.Because social work focuses on people and the environment’s adaptive balance, which happens to correspond to the patients and hospital, makes the patients and their families to solve medical disorders, speedies recovery, and not only strikes physical and mental balance, and also solves the various social problems caused by disease. In hospital volunteer service, pay attention to each patients physiology, psychology and society of holistic health, which has guiding significance in enriching the content of the service; In empowerment perspective , each volunteer has his unique and creative ability, motivation and empowerment is one of the important methods to manage volunteers; To realize that patient - family - medical personnel shows problems in the interactive process is inevitable, is also predictable; Volunteers can help patients and their family ,patients and medical staff to relieve the contradiction .
