摘要 随着经济的快速发展，黑龙江省企业不断完善对外贸易政策，“走出去”得到了长 久的落实，推动了农产品的对外贸易，大大提升了出口贸易额。但是，因为发展水平的 限制和政策落实不到位等问题，我省农产品不断发展的同时也需要应对各种挑战。所以， 本论文深入调研了我省农产品出口的影响因素，分析问题产生的根本原因，从三个纬度 阐述了当前的出口现状：规模现状、结构现状以及主要出口市场。进而分析当前出口贸 易面临的主要问题：市场不断出现波动、出口贸易结构缺乏合理性以及出口市场过于集 中。进而针对这些问题，结合相关理论提出了改善策略。具体措施有：完善农产品出口 贸易建设、优化结构、坚持多元化出口方向、积极应对当前疫情和对中美贸易摩擦的政 策建议五点提出了优化方案。希望通过本文对黑龙江省农产品外贸问题的研究，对于提 高黑龙江省农产品外贸水平有所帮助，对于其他地区的农产品外贸出口有所借鉴。 关键词：黑龙江省；农产品出口；对策分析 Abstract With the rapid development of economy, Heilongjiang enterprises have constantly improved foreign trade policies, and ngoing abroad11 has been implemented for a long time, which has promoted the foreign trade of agricultural products and greatly increased the export trade. However, due to the constraints of development level and inadequate implementation of policies, the provinces agricultural products are developing constantly, and various challenges need to be met. Therefore, this paper deeply investigates the influencing factors of agricultural products export in this province, analyzes the root causes of the problems, and expounds the current export status from three dimensions: scale, structure and main export markets. Then, the main problems of export trade are analyzed: the market is constantly fluctuating, the structure of export trade is not reasonable and the export market is too concentrated. Then, the improvement strategy is put forward in view of these problems and the relevant theories. The specific measures are as follows: to improve the construction of agricultural products export trade, optimize the structure, adhere to the diversified export direction, actively respond to the current epidemic situation and put forward the optimization plan for the policy suggestions on Sino US trade friction. Hope that through the research of Heilongjiang agricultural products foreign trade, it will help to improve the level of agricultural products foreign trade in Heilongjiang Province, and also can be used for reference for other regions.
