公司治理结构对会计信息质量的影响研究 摘要 随着经济的快速发展，会计工作在企业中发挥着越来越重要的作用，与之相关的是会计信息质量的问题。多年来，我国公司会计信息质量低下的状况普遍存在，这在一定程度上阻碍了我国公司的经济发展。公司治理结构对会计信息质量有很重要的影响。如何改善公司治理结构，根治会计信息失真，提高会计信息质量成为了刻不容缓的问题。本文就我国公司治理结构及其对会计信息的影响作了简要分析，并针对会计信息质量不高这种现状提出了相应的治理对策，旨在提高会计信息质量的真实可靠性。 关键词：公司治理结构；会计信息质量；影响 A Study on the Influence of Corporate Governance Structure on Accounting Information Quality Abstract With the rapid development of economy, accounting is playing a more and more important role in the enterprise, the problem of accounting information is related to it. Over the years,the quality of accounting information in our countr
