京津冀区域旅游合作机制研究 摘要 京津冀三个行政区之间的资源各有各的特点和不同,也有他们之间可以互补的资源，他们也具有合作的基础与发展的可能性。同时京津冀的旅游合作是也可以带动整个环渤海地区的旅游竞争力。然而,长期的计划经济和行政区划的影响使京津冀地区之间的区域意识分割严重,市场经济意识淡薄,区域之间的竞争激烈,产业结构严重趋于不同,所以到目前为止,还没有形成一个有效的区域旅游合作机制。本文在研究京津冀的合作背景及合作的发展现状的基础上,发现其问题并探索方法解决问题。 关键词：京津冀；区域旅游合作；政府；现状；对策 Study on the mechanism of regional tourism cooperation between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Abstract Jing-jin-ji regional tourism is important for enhancing the competitiveness of the whole bohai rim above, based on the analysis of beijing-tianjin-hebei cooperation background and current situation of the development of tourism cooperation
