2022年冬奥会对张家口地区经济影响分析 -以房地产为例 2022年冬奥会对张家口地区经济影响分析 -以房地产为例 摘要 1984年的洛杉矶奥运会开办后，奥运会逐渐成为推动主办国和城市各方面发展的一个有效途径，其中房地产产业是奥运经济受益最为直接的产业之一。2008年，中国成功举办了奥运会，现如今奥林匹克运动不仅是作为一种体育竞技活动，更是一种商业行为或者说经济行为，它给举办城市带来了不可忽视的影响是有目共睹的。奥运经济极大的推动了经济的增长，已成为现代经济发展的崭新形式。 本文通过分析零八年奥运会对北京房地产的影响，从而得出奥运会对房地产影响的因素主要为大环境、人民币币值以及心理，然后结合张家口地区的实际情况分析出冬奥会使得张家口地区大环境下经济环境和地理环境都有了稳定和持久的良性变化，人民币币值在国家调控下不会有明显的变化，可能有短期波动，心理因素较为明显，但是，是针对短期的，从而得出张家口地区房价因冬奥会的举办而有不明显的缓慢长期的增长，部分地区相对明显的短期增长。因此建议有关部门针对短期明显增长的情况做出适当的调整避免产生房地产泡沫，针对长期增长的情况及时调整产业结构，保持房地产市场的稳定。 关键词：冬奥会，房地产，张家口，经济 The analysis of Winter Olympic in 2022 on Zhangjiakou - A case study of Estate Abstract Since 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Games, has held the Olympic Games to become the impetus host country and a host city development powerful method, moreover the real estate industry is also holds the Olympic Games, to develop one which of industrial the Olympic Games economy profits directly. in 2008 China welcomes the Olympic Games grand meeting, but nowadays the Olympics movement was not only already one kind of sports athletics activity, but is one kind of trade or the economic activities, she gives the economic impact which the host city brings to be obvious to all.
