(P4-5) (1) Making predictions.(PW) T: What happened? (2) Meet the problem, and identify the problem. (CW) T: They were stuck on sand. If a boat is stuck on sand, what happens? Could the boat move? T: The sailors met a problem. III. Read “Sailors’ Actions”. 1. Make predictions. T: What would the sailors do next? (PW) 2. Read “Sailors’ Actions”. 3. Clarify what “Sailors’ Actions” are.(CW) T: What did they do? T sticks each “action” on the BB, while the Ss talk about it. IV. Evaluate the actions. 1. Choose the possible solution. (CW) T: Which action could help them solve the problem? (Ss show their attitude towards the 3 actions by raising the different colors.) 2. Evaluate the actions. (1) Discuss.
