Methods Thirtyone enlisted patients who matched the needed conditio were deeply contacted and communicated by sophisticated physicia to seek out their true internal situatio and needs. Also， Zung’s depression / anxiety selfrating scale (SDS and SAS) were distributed. Patients’ characte and mental status were analyzed according to the results gained. Then， all patients received inpidualized psychological coult combined with drug therapy. Results All patients rejected to fill or awer the contents of SDS and SAS. But according to the indicatio from deeply contact， 6 patients were judged to be character disorder， and 25 with， different extent of affection concerning from relatives， friends and medical peonnel， and drug patients showed stable emotion and appeared positive one week later. Docto and patients became harmonious again. Conclusion Patient’s character and mental status apparently affect doctorpatient relatiohip during hospitalization.
