Methods 100 pregnant women in our hospital from January 2013 to November 2014 were selected and divided into the observation group （hyperteive disorder complicating pregnancy） and the control group （ healthy pregnant women），50 cases in each level of serum FFA and TM in the two groups were detected by ELISA and then compared，the correlation between serum FFA and TM was analyzed. Results The level of serum FFA and TM in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，with significant difference （P）.The level of serum FFA and TM in the different gestational weeks in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，with significant difference （P）.The level of serum FFA and TM in the two groups gradually increased along with the increase of gestational weeks，with significant difference （P）.There was a positive correlation between TM and serum FFA （r=，P）. Conclusion The incidence of hyperteive disorder complicating pregnancy is associated with high FFA level and TM level，and the TM level has a positive correlation with the concentration of FFA. [Key words] Free fatty acid；Thrombomodulin；Gestation period；Enzyme linked immunoassay 妊娠期高血压疾病是妊娠期常见的并发症，具有高发病率，临床表现为高血压和蛋白尿[1-2]。研究[3-4]显示，游离脂肪酸在高浓度情况下经一系列作用可损伤血管的内皮细胞，导致孕产妇妊娠期血压升高，同时可使血栓调节蛋白在血浆中的水平升高。本研究选取本院的妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇作为研究对象，探讨游离脂肪酸和血栓调节蛋白在妊娠期高血压疾病患者中的表达及其相关性。 1 资料与方法 一般资料 选取2013年1月～2014年11月本院收治的50例妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇作为观察组，同时选取同期的50例正常妊娠孕妇作为对照组。根据妊娠期高血压疾病的诊断及分类标准[5]，观察组均符合诊断标准。排除标准：①存在严重妊娠合并症；②近两周
