Methods Fifty-four patients treated in Nanjing Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital， Nanjing Univeity of Chinese Medicine from May 2014 to August 2015 were selected， who took hysteroscopy-laparoscopy because of infertility， diagnosed as endometriosis by surgical findings of laparoscope and postoperative pathology， with endometrium without abnormal by hysteroscope. The patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group， with 27 cases in each group. The treatment group received continuous treatment of Bushen Huoxue Decoction for 3 metrual cycles， the control group was not treated with any drugs after operation. The conditio of endometrial thickness， classification， blood flow paramete and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） in endometrium of the two groups were compared， and the pregnancy rates were followed-up for half year. Results After treatment， the endometrial thickness in the treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group， while pulsatility index and resistant index of blood flow paramete were significantly lower than those of control group （P ）. The endometrial classificatio were mainly type A and B in the treatment group and type B in the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P ）. The expression of VEGF in the treatment group was stronger than that of control group （P ）. Followed-up for half year， the pregnancy rate of treatment group was higher than that of contr
