PAGE PAGE 7 新冠肺炎期间门诊就医患者的心理分析 摘 要 目的 了解新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间门诊就医患者的心理体验,分析其心理,为更好地完善患者的就医体验, 提高服务质量。探明新冠肺炎期间门诊就诊患者的心理状态。方法 调查新冠疫情期间我院患者及家属心理状态,采用问卷调查相关分析影响患者及家属心理的相关因素。结果 调查结果大致可分为两种,结果一为就医期间的积极体验包括自信、乐观的心情,不慌乱,对现有医疗设备的肯定和对医务人员的信任,以及强烈的社会责任感。结果二为门诊就医期间的负性体验包括担心、恐惧和对现代医疗手段、措施的不信赖,对政策的不理解。结论 新冠肺炎期间门诊就医患者最多的是恐惧和不安,所以医院要加强对患者的心理安抚和慰问。 关键词:新冠肺炎;问卷调查;心理状态ABSTRCT Objective To understand the psychological experience of outpatients during the outbreak of the novel coronavirus pneumonia, analyze their psychology, in order to better improve the patients medical experience and improve the quality of services.To find out the mental state of outpatients during the period of new coronary pneumonia. Methods: Investigate the psychological status of patients and their families in our hospital during the new crown epidemic, and use Logistic regression analysis and Spearmans correlation to analyze related factors affecting the psychology of patients and their families. Conclusion: The survey results can be roughly divided into two types. The first result is that the positive experience during medical treatment includes self- confidence. An optimistic mood, no panic, affirmation of existing medical equipment and trust in medical staff, and a strong sense of social responsibility. The second result is that the negative experience during outpatient visits includes worry, fear, distrust of modern medical methods and good measures, and incomprehension of policies. Conclusion: During the period of new coronary pneumonia, the most outpatient patients are fear and anxiety, so the hospital should strengthen the psychological comfort and comfort of patients. Key words:Coronavirus; Questionnaire; Menta state 第1章 前言 新型冠状病毒肺炎(2019-nCoV)肺炎作为急性呼吸道传染病已纳入 《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》规定的乙类传染病,按乙类传染病管理,该病主要症状是发热,前来门诊就诊的发热患者大多有恐慌、焦虑情绪,我们对发热门诊就诊的患者380例作为研究对象,通过我们对患者心理状况做回顾性分析,分析患者的心理会对以后的护理实践有所帮助,为以后开展工作提供指导。 第2章 资料与方法 资料收集 以2020 年 1 月 20 日~2020 年 2 月 25 日在某医院因发热就诊的门诊患者380例作为研究对象,在患者在就诊期间给予必要的心理干预措施,分析患者在门诊就诊前后心理情绪发生变化的情况。
