PAGE PAGE 10 新冠肺炎疫情背景下高校毕业生就业现状及对策分析以四川大学锦江学院为例 【摘要】 2019年底，由于新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情突然爆发，全国开启了疫情狙击战。疫情对应届毕业生的影响非常大， 如何在保证应届毕业生生命安全的前提下，做好应届毕业生的就业工作是值得我们探讨的。中国高等教育的发展离不开民办高校，民办高校的发展必须通过提高就业质量来实现这一目标。四川大学锦江学院作为一所全日制普通本科高等院校，具有很好的代表性意义。本文以四川大学锦江学院为研究对象，以新冠肺炎疫情为研究背景，构建研究框架和研究指标，采用文献研究法，通过问卷调查和访谈，分析疫情下高校毕业生的就业现状和特点，以及就业过程中的影响因素，了解四川大学锦江学院毕业生就业过程中存在的问题。通过调查分析发现，此次疫情的原因直接导致了应届毕业生就业率的急剧下降，在就业过程中出现了很多就业问题，如毕业生就业期望过于单一，毕业生就业倾向保守，学校的就业指导不足。针对疫情下，高校毕业生就业中出现的各种问题，本文提出了相应的解决方案和建议，希望能促进高校毕业生就业。 【关键词】 ：四川大学锦江学院 毕业生 就业ABSTRACT At the end of 2019, due to the sudden outbreak of COVID-19, the country started the sniper battle of the epidemic. The epidemic has a great impact on fresh graduates. How to do a good job in the employment of fresh graduates under the premise of ensuring their life safety is worth our discussion. The development of higher education in China is inseparable from private colleges and universities, which must improve the quality of employment to achieve this goal. As a full-time undergraduate institution of higher learning, Jinjiang College of Sichuan University has a very representative significance.
